The transformative nature of lighting in the right person’s hands can convert a drab lifeless area into a bright oasis of color and liveliness. Lighting is not only about illuminating a room or reflecting a desired mood but in many cases can create the energy and pulse of an event much as music can do. This is the Event Pros Philosophy.
Event Pros began as a lighting company in 2004 lighting concerts and dance parties then quickly expanded into lighting celebrations and corporate events.

For celebrations and charity events, Event Pros may use an elegant ballroom lighting approach with table pinspotting, soft break-ups on the ceiling, vivid tones on the walls and textural relief lighting.

For corporate presentations, Event Pros can create branding using custom gobos, light podiums and catwalks, feature products and step and repeats.

For clubs, concerts or dance parties, Event Pros brings lighting energy with moving lights, effect lighting like strobes and blinders, giant disco balls, lasers and atmospheric effects like haze and low lying fog.

For permanent installations in clubs, restaurants, bars and other retail spaces, Event Pros designs, sources, installs and maintains the lighting fixtures or can work with designers and architects to source and install a desired plan.
Having an entire arsenal of new, sleek, state of the art gear is one of the most important features that sets Event Pros apart from the competition. We primarily use Elation, Martin Professional and ADJ for our gear needs. Elation Lighitng is considered the pioneer in LED intelligent light systems and are known for their reliability and performance. Martin Professional have been the standard for club lighting for the past 20 years and the ADJ line of light gives great value and quality at the same time.
Depending on the rigging points in the room or, lack thereof, Event Pros will create new, self-contained temporary structures to house the lighting gear. Depending on the look of the event the structures can be camouflaged to blend into the environment or stand out as a modern artistic structure. From a small boutique event in a non-traditional space to a large concert, Event Pros can provide event power distribution and generation.
Rentals
Event Pros can provide lighting, audio and video gear rentals. The rental gear is always reliable and can be a more economical solution. Technical consultants are available 24 hours a day.
